I WOULD JUST LOVE THAT OPTION!  THIS IS MY SUGGESTION AND I HOPE YOU COULD FIGURE OUT AN EASY WAY TO MAKE IT EASY FOR US TO USE LIKE ALL THE OTHER GREAT EFFECTS!

I don't mean a blurred focus w color..a pinpointed spot that we can click on, the program recoginzed the area and a color window pops up and we can choose the color and save it...black, white with a touch of color.  Ex-  picture a scene with a little boy playing with a ball and he is wearing blue jeans.  We can pick the bluejeans to be a nice blue color or the ball could be red ( either one ) and then the scene would have that touch of color.  OR even have a reverse effect..One touch of black and white and the rest color?
I know somewhere if photoshop, you can do the touch / spot of color but I am too lost to find it.  I would love an easier program to deal with!  please consider this option!

Hi there,

You can do this with the standard Black and White tool. After you click Black and White effect, click the paintbrush button.  That'll give you a brush you can drag & paint over the area you want to return to the original color.

Here's a tutorial video one of our users put together showing how to!  http://blog.picnik.com/2008/05/how-to-2-effect-painting/

Tint could help you too!
