Hey, ive been having the same problem as evryone else so far in the fact that i can't save my photos
once im done diting it jus tells me 1 item left to process and it shows that for hours and hours until i finally close picnik. I've also tried teh solutions you gave such as unchecking enabled mode. Does it have anything to do with using Windows Vista although ive tried on different computers and it still won;t work.
Helpp pleeassse, o really need to use Picnik for a project im doing.

This is ridiculous!! I have tried and tried and tried with the sae image but to no avail to save it!

I am a stay at home mum, and the only time I get to do some editing is when my daughter sleeps, but for the last 2 hours I have tried to no avail to save 1 image!! 1 image!! Not 30, not 20, but 1! This is a huge waste of time, and I am really at the end of me tether!!!!!

This problem only started happening this morning, and after reading through here and doing all the "delete history", restart computer etc. I am still unable to save my picture. It's not as if I have done major things to it either. Just a simple adjustment of saturation and a quick border, and it is just NOT SAVING!!

I also renewd my membership this morning too, and if this doesn't get fixed, I will be expecting a full refund!

It's ridiculous that we are classed as "Premium" members, and can't even save 1 shot!!

Get your act together guys and give as an answer or result asap. After all, it is You who is being paid to fix these and make your customers happy!

I am really peeved!

You aren't the only one. I have been having the same problem now for two weeks! I have contacted someone about it and they are trying to say its the flash drive, system, or maybe the problem is the picture. I have been using Picnik for 2 years now for my photography business and have never had a problem like this!!! I can't work right now because of this problem and would really like for it to get fixed! Please notify your tech support about this problem. Let them know the images aren't fully uploading which is why when we try to save it says Processing...1 item remaining. Than when the time is up on that it goes to " Whoops! Your Photo failed to upload! looks like we're having communications problems. In the meantime don't refresh your browser or you'll lose your changes." Than it gives you two options to click on. Retry Now, Retry When I Save. When I click on Retry Now it says Processing....1 item remaining and than will say try uploading again. All this happens after I have already done my edits to the picture. The program isn't seeing that the pictures are uploaded and its not uploading them correctly. When I go to my library to click on a photo I just uploaded the picture is all gray and you can't see what it was. I have tried several different computers and every computer I try has this same problem! Other photographers who also use your program are experiencing the same problems. Can you please tell your tech. support people about this problem so that it can be fixed?

I am still having these very same issues. I do not have premium (been wanting to but if y'all keep having issues it won't ever happen)! I've done everything possible. Cleared the computer's cache, updated Flash, everything! It's seriously y'all's problems not ours! Please PLEASE fix them!

Add me to the growing list of dissatisfied Premium members.  I have been unable to save to my computer for a least a week.  I get the grinding gears and the "processing, 1 item remaining" message.

Is anyone doing anything about this?

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the saving/ uploading troubles! We are aware that a handful of users are experiencing this uploading issue and have identified the problem, however fixing it has proven to be a little tricky. This bug will likely effect your uploading abilities sporadically, meaning that you may log in and have issues at times and at other times everything will run perfectly. Today we put out a release that will allow you to save your image to your machine however if you are stuck in this processing state we can not copy to Picnik, we are still working on finding a complete fix, however this will allow you to at least successfully save photos to your computer for now. Please continue to check back with us, as this issue should be resolved very soon.

Thank you!

When I try to save photos I receive a message saying that there was an error communicating with the Picnik server and that the photo will not be saved in my history. I would like this issue resolved as I used my history files to re-edit or touch up old pictures. Sometimes I am able to still save the photo to my computer, and other times have problems doing so. Please help!! I use Picnik on a daily basis and these errors are causing me a huge inconvenience! Thanks.

Hello. (:
I really need your help!
I've been trying to save my pictures
onto my computer, so when I click the
"Save & Share" tab, the "Save Photo"
button won't load! All it says is "Processing, 1 item remaining..."
Before, this has never happened.
I absolutely LOVE picnik.com and I hope you can help me!

Please and thank you!

Is there any more progress on fixing this problem... a very small number of the pictures I upload are saved to my history, but the rest still receive the error message stating that there was a problem communicating with the picnik server and that the picture can not be saved to my history... I am very frustrated by this!!! Please HELP!!!!

I just bought a premium package and may need to ask for my money back. It's frightful to read of all the problems saving files. What good is it if you can't save a file?

I am not having trouble saving my photo but when I want to replace the original with a newer edited one on facebook it doesn't let me. I keep on getting the message "The picture failed to save." Anyone know why? I have been trying for 4 days now on 3 different photos, the only time it worked was the very first time, but after that, nothing.

Same trouble here. I have a premium membership, and would like to save and replace the original photo when I edit (flickr)... however I am unable to access the option. At the bottom of the "save" prompt it tells me "Want to replace the original? Upgrade to premium!"

Any solutions?
