I have been having the same problem with Picnik for weeks now.  I am able to login & get to the home page, but no further.  When I click on Upload or Upload Photos, I get the following message, & then it re-loads again to the home page:

"This tab has been recovered.
A problem with this webpage has caused Internet Explorer to close & re-open the tab."

I have done research & have tried every possible fix to the problem, but cannot get Picnik to work.  Has anyone come up with a solution yet??

I would appreciate any help you could offer!

Hi lmevans,

Yikes! Sorry for the trouble! We would like to know a little more about your case. Please email the following information to us at feedback@picnik.com :

I would like to take a look at some of the software you are using to run Picnik such as your browser. Please go to: http://useragent.org/
Then copy and paste the text you see into your reply.

Also, I would like to know the version of Flash that you're using. Please go to this URL: http://whatismyflashversion.org
The version will appear in the middle of the screen.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Thanks, Chelsea - Team Picnik

Hi Everyone & Picnik Help Team,
Like some other folks have written about, I can't get picnik to load on my laptop.  The screen just stays blank, or may start to load with all the sayings changing, but the bar never moves.  I have tried control F5, have flash 10, have cleared my cache several times, reloaded Explorer 8, and some other things that were mentioned.  I had been using fine for several weeks through smugmug.  Maybe, during my last edits I was going too fast and something got stuck on your end.  For some unknow reason, my computer will not load picnik of picnik app.  On other computers in my home there is no problem.  Either my computer is blocking, or your program is blocking my computer.  At a prearranged time, if someone could call me at 732-295-2039 we could review in order to get fixed.  Since I have been reading about many people having the same problem, we can get the issue resolved.  In the meantime, if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.  My direct e-mail is Greg@BeachHomesRent.com  Thank you very much!  Greg

Am getting the same error message at all times during my work regardless of whether Explorer is running or not. When it comes up, it drives whatever program I am in right down to the tray. When watching a movie with VLC Media Player, the message appears over the movie screen and I have to close it to continue watching the movie. Have not found any evidence of a virus or adware causing this. I am at a loss for ideas as well.
