I'm having trouble loading Picnik!If all you're getting is spinning gears or a loading bar try a few of these suggestions first! Try jumping directly to the application, by going to: http://www.picnik.com/app If you're still having trouble, reset Picnik to a fresh state. Force refresh Picnik by going to Picnik.com and pressing Ctrl+F5 (Mac users: hit Command-R). It may also help to clear your browser cache: In IE8: click Safety: Delete Browsing History: then click "Delete Temporary Internet Files" and "Delete Cookies." In IE7: click Tools:Delete Browsing History: then click "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies." No need to "Delete History." In IE6: go to Tools:Internet Options and click "Delete Files..." In Firefox 3.5 and 3.6: go to Tools:Clear Recent History. In Firefox 3.0: go to Tools:Clear Private Data. Delete the Cache and Cookies. In Safari: choose Edit:Empty Cache. In Google Chrome: click on the Wrench:Options and click Clear Private Data. In Safari: choose Edit:Empty Cache. Now completely shutdown your browser and please retry! Also, updating your flash player can often help. This takes about 3 minutes and is totally free. Directions: 1. Please uninstall your current flash player first: Uninstall here! 2. Hey Lammy.Boo - Sorry for the trouble! Give us some more details so we can help you out. What do you see when you go to: http://www.picnik.com/app ? If you can test Picnik in another browser or on another computer in your household just to narrow down the issue that would be very helpful for us. Also, did anything change when you tried the suggestions above? Do you get a new page or error message? Let us know! -Ali, Team Picnik

I cannot access picnik. I used to be able to go to picnik through flickr with no problem, just went under edit and it took me there. A week ago it would not let me in. The bar would appear and go a tenth in the green but no further, just sat there, so I thought let me go to picnik.com website dirrectly and it worked good for awhile then it kept having upload failure to my computer or flickr site the same so I checked and went to flash 10 the newest one and it worked so I got a premium account through picnik I love it so much but now here again I can't access picnik at all through flickr or the picnik site direct. I just get the same bar and it doesn't move but a bit just like before. I have let it sit and sit, no change. So I did what you said to try force the refresh browser, empty cookies etc like it stated in internet explorer, didn't work, now I uninstalled the flash like it said and reinstalled it, still no change, can't even get in to picnik at all.. What can I do I am at a loss for what to try next. Can you help? Thanks, Lynn I wish Picnik had a disc that could just upload to our computer and design your picture and save to your computer then upload to flickr that would be great. I have no trouble uploading pictures to flickr.

Hey lauralynn51 -
Looks like you've got some good information here and you've tried a lot already, which is helpful.
Can you try one of the other browsers listed above such as Firefox or Chrome? Different browsers will react differently depending on auto-settings and such.
Also, can you try a different computer on your same network (at work or home) to see if there's a network issue or if it's limited to your computer?
Let's try to isolate the area of the issue.

sighs i was using Picnik i only just paid for it last night and was working fine now i keep getting the error msg you posted i tried my laptop to and the mac book its the same and used firefox and explorer i cant even get on threw flickr

i also have trouble about this. everytime i load picnik,it goes like this: Picnik Help
Picnik uses a secure connection (SSL) to keep your secrets secret. We're having a problem creating a secure connection from your machine to ours.
Try this shortcut to go directly into Picnik

Hey xuhz1312- Did you try that shortcut?: http://www.picnik.com/app If not, give it a shot and see if you can get in. If you have parental controls or your network is censored by an internet protection program, Picnik will be blocked. There are a number of censorship programs out there such as: Cyber Patrol, WebSENSE, Net Nanny, SmartFilter, CYBERsitter, and more. You can also try this: Go back to the homepage ( www.picnik.com) and right click (control click for Macs) over the smaller picture in the left-bottom half of the page (it starts as orange poppies). Choose "Settings...", then a box will appear. Click the tab with a file folder and a green arrow. Set the slider to at least 100 kb and uncheck "Never ask again." Picnik needs this in order to save your sign-in, your last picture and other conveniences. If you have Firefox, go to Tools: Options: Advanced: Encryption: then check both "use SSL and use TLS." If you have a pop-up blocker, a virus detector or a firewall please try temporarily each of them to see if we need to alter the settings. *Be careful which sites you navigate when these tools are disabled and we recommend you re-enable when you have tested Picnik. If you have Internet Explorer, one more thing for you to try is to go to the following link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811834/-Scroll down to the Resolution section and try Methods 1 and 2. i tried the shortcut already.but it didnt work either. i have checked the encrypton and it is checked already. i tried everything you said. ive been using picnik before. tnx.=)

I am having issues now too. I used Picnik nearly every day. I used it just the other day and all was fine. Theeen, my sister got onto my computer and downloaded a bunch of junk. I deleted what she downloaded and was still having issues. So my moms bf got on my comp and was messing around in my system configuration settings. From then on, Picnik wont work. Nothing will load. I fallowed all of these steps and it still just shows a blank screen and a never ending loading bar. HELP??

 HELP ME! I CANT LOAD PICNIK I TRIED EVERYTHING U TOLD. but still cant. when loading the bar will be stuck den only the words kip changing. example.cueing bird songs,warming breeze,colouring flowers,sprinkiling dew,stealing picnik basket,laying blanket.only this kip changing but the loading bar is stuck n cant move. PLS HELP ME!  this is the 1st time it happen.ive been using picnik for afew months alr. I wanna use picnik badly,please respond asap. thanks alot

I have been using picnik for a long time, and quite often the past week. But beginning about 3 days ago I have been having loading problems. A lot of time I can't get to the welcome page, because the page just won't load. If I get to that page I can upload a picture but it tells me it didn't upload, and I try agian but it never works. So I say I will try later and I go to the create tab and the create tab never loads just gears and a bar that never loads. I have tried everything, but nothing works. Please help, I think I have a picnik obsession and I haven't fed it in 4 days!

Hi, Im having a lot of trouble accessing picnik.Whenever I click the Start Picniking button it wont let me.I have internet explorer provided by yahoo..And I really want to use picnik.I've tried a lot of things and it still wont let me, I've tried downloading Mozilla Firefox and i cant access that. Any advice? And do u know any websites that are ALIKE picnik? I really want to use it!:(
