The Create tab and the Fancy Collages won't load! Or I can't find them!The Collage and Fancy Collage templates can be found under the Library tab, click Start! You'll see the big buttons appear below!
If you're having trouble loading specific parts of Picnik, first try refreshing your browser:
In Internet Explorer (IE) 6, 7, or 8 force refresh by going to Picnik.com and pressing F5. In Firefox, refresh Picnik by pressing Ctrl+R or by clicking View:Reload.
Then try clearing your cache:
In IE8: click Safety: Delete Browsing History: then click "Delete Temporary Internet Files" and "Delete Cookies."
In IE7: click Tools:Delete Browsing History: then click "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies." No need to "Delete History."
In IE6: go to Tools:Internet Options and click "Delete Files..."
In Firefox 3.5 and 3.6: go to Tools:Clear Recent History.
In Firefox 3.0: go to Tools:Clear Private Data. Delete the Cache and Cookies.
In Safari: choose Edit:Empty Cache.
In Google Chrome: click on the Wrench:Options and click Clear Private Data.
In Safari: choose Edit:Empty Cache.
Now close down your browser and open it again before refreshing Picnik.com
If that doesn't work, we've had users see success by reinstalling their flash player:
